JCAR relies on expert reviewers from academic and community practice backgrounds. Reviewers are selected for their expertise in the subject area of each submission. All review is double-blind.
What We Look For
We welcome applications from researchers, academics, practitioners, and community experts. You do not need to hold a university position. Expertise in any of our core fields, demonstrated through published work, professional practice, or community leadership, qualifies you to apply.
